CALLING all stud muffins. If you think you've got what it takes to woo the women of Newcastle, you might want to enter Fanny's Bachelor of the Year competition.
The first heat will be held tomorrow night at Fanny's, but contestants can enter the competition over coming weeks.
Five heats will be held in the lead-up to two finals and the grand final which will see the winner walk away with plenty of great prizes.
Prizes include $2000 cash, a model and acting course, DVD player, season pass to the Newcastle Knights, gym memberships and clothing vouchers.
Competition is open to men from all over the Hunter region and judges will be looking for various qualities in the contestants.
The Newcastle Knight cheerleaders will make a special appearance at the contest and doors open at 8pm, with the guys on stage from 9.30pm.
Contestants will strut their stuff in two categories, formal wear and casual wear, and be quizzed on their intelligence, wit and charm.
TE is giving one lucky girl and a friend a chance to act as guest judges at the Bachelor of the Year grand final on July 25.
