Still Waters Will Run Deep in John Lennon Tribute

FOLLOWING a successful season at Civic Theatre last year, John Waters will return to Newcastle to perform his portrayal of the life of John Lennon. Waters will return to perform one show only next month.

The show looks at the extraordinary life of Lennon, from his life with The Beatles and his highly publicised relationship with Yoko Ono. The show has received critical acclaim from critics all around the world and toured nationally around Australia in 1993, 1994 and 2001.

Fusing together the elements of theatre and a rock concert, Looking Through A Glass Onion features a full band re-working the music of Lennon and The Beatles.

Looking Through A Glass Onion: The Story of John Lennon

will open at ClubNova Newcastle on February 22.
