NO sooner will they finally make their way to Newcastle, than Karma County will pack up for a well-earned break.
Unfortunately the band's last trip to Newcastle was cut short when bass player Michael Galeazzi was struck down with a respiratory infection.
But the Sydney three-piece will make the trip to Newcastle this time around during its east coast Don't Go Changin' Tour. The band will perform at the Northern Star Hotel on Friday night.
And it could well be the last time fans would hear of them for 2002.
Karma County has plans to take an extended break to 'spend some Q time with their progeny and dabble in small projects'.
But fans planning to head to the Northern Star can look forward to hearing tracks from Karma County's latest album Happy Birthday Dear Customer as well as favourites from its previous three albums.
Friday night's show will kick off at 10pm.
Tickets will be available at the door.
