Dubbed as the next Millencolin or MXPX Californian punk band The Ataris will blow the roof off SJ's Hotel next Wednesday, April 18.

After a successful tour of Australia last year with MXPX and Santa Barbera, the band will return on a tour promoting their new album End Is Forever. The album, which was produced by Joey Cape of Lagwagon, is out on Kung Fu Records through Shock. The Ataris are already getting strong Triple J air-play with the track Teenage Riot and have also received great feedback from retailers after the album's release a couple of weeks ago.

Special guests at all shows at the personal request of the band, are One Dollar Short. Also supporting at the Newcastle show is local pop-punk lads Draw The Line. Check out www.ataris.com
