ONE half of the successful collaborative project SPLINTER, former INFIDELS singer/songwriter RAOUL GRAF, will release the latest single from that project in Newcastle tomorrow night.
The Splinter collaboration, which was produced, accompanied and co-written by Australian indie music legend ED KUEPPER, received a 4-star review in ROLLING STONE AUSTRALIA. Tomorrow night at the Northern Star hotel Graf will launch the second single, a duet with RACHEL HOLMSHAW of Sydney band SOMETHING URBAN, his own interpretation of the Kuepper classic EVERYTHING I'VE GOT. The single version has been slightly reworked by Kuepper with violinist LINDA NEIL. The disc also includes a track from Splinters, DOWN BY THE RIVER, again with Holmshaw on vocals, and a song ALL THE PRETTY HORSES with Kuepper's regular backing band THE OXLEY CREEK PLAYBOYS. Graf will be joined on the night by DAVID BENIUK, who has also released an album through Graf's own UM & AH record label, through PHANTOM RECORDS.
