Sweet Homecoming

Where: Fanny's
When: Sunday November 19, 2000

After 70 shows in the US, New Zealand and Canada in the past three months, Perth rockers JEBEDIAH have returned to Australia for a national tour.

Front man KEVIN MITCHELL said the band was looking forward to the HOME SWEET HOME TOUR which arrives at Fanny's on Sunday night.

'We know that coming home is really going to make us appreciate how good we have it in Australia,' he said.

'It will be great to get back to familiar crowds and not feel like the latest zoo exhibit, being the natural fauna and not the aliens.'

In the US, the group's tour bus was side-swiped and their tour manager sent home in a wheelchair, leaving bass player VANESSA THORNTON to negotiate the streets of New York for their second visit to the Big Apple to play the renowned club CBGB's.
