Country Legend Returns

WILLIE NELSON, one of the world's finest musicians, performers and songwriters, has announced an Australian tour to celebrate the new millennium.

NELSON will tour in January and February and will begin the tour in Newcastle with a performance at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre on January 29.

He will perform at nine other venues Australia-wide with fans getting a taste of songs from his new album TEATRO and a selection of his back catalogue.

An award winning country legend, NELSON 'writes the songs the whole world sings' including CRAZY, his 1961 hit written for Patsy Cline, SHOTGUN WILLIE, BLUE EYES CRYIN' IN THE RAIN, ON THE ROAD AGAIN and ALWAYS ON MY MIND.
