ENERGETIC: Sneaky Sound System, at the King Street Hotel on Saturday night .
BEFORE they hop on board and join the touring Good Vibrations festival alongside James Brown , Sydney funksters Sneaky Sound System will play a warm-up gig in Newcastle.
Punters can catch the band's energetic live show at the King Street Hotel on Saturday night.
Sneaky Sound System's show has undergone a makeover recently with the addition of former Primary singer Connie Mitchell .
Mitchell joined in November and it seems she did so just at the right time as the group was on the road supporting Jamiroquai on its Australian tour.
Sneaky Sound System has earned itself a reputation as Sydney's premier party band with its mix of house, electro and funk and has enjoyed success with the song Hip Hip Hooray .
Another act playing Good Vibrations this year that will also be popping into the King Street Hotel this weekend is Groove Terminator .
GT will be behind the decks on Friday night.
