OUTDOOR concert series A Day On the Green celebrates its fifth year of successful live music events this year with a bumper round of shows this summer.
Since its inception in Victoria in January 2001, more than 250,000 people have attended the event's 55 concerts.
Next year will also be the event's first trip across the Tasman with a concert planned for New Zealand.
In Australia, more than 30 shows are scheduled to take place this season, with three shows planned for the Hunter.
First up is rock icon John Fogerty who will perform at Bimbadgen Estate on Saturday, November 12.
The former Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman will perform songs from his solo career as well as classics such as Proud Mary, Bad Moon Rising and Down On The Corner. On Saturday, November 19 multiple platinum-selling ARIA-winner and three-time Tamworth Golden Guitar winner Kasey Chambers will headline alongside The Beautiful Girls, Lior and Bertie Blackman. Bimbadgen Estate will then host a third event on Saturday, December 3 with Joe Cocker. It is one of only two A Day On the Green events Cocker is appearing at on his upcoming Australian tour and comes on the back of a successful European tour that saw him where he played before more than 1 million fans. The veteran British singer, whose hits include Feelin' Alright, A Little Help From My Friends and You Are So Beautiful, will be supported by Australian R&B and soul artist Renee Geyer.
