AFTER months of preparation and tireless hours spent perfecting its songs, Newcastle three-piece Tigermoth is ready to unleash Synaesthesia. Synaethesia is the title of the band's new EP which will be launched during a show at the Cambridge Hotel on Saturday night.
The trio spent the first part of the year recording at Studios 301 in Byron Bay.
It captures the energy and passion Tigermoth has become renowned for as a live act, coupling it with powerful lyrics and hard-hitting melodies.
Joining Tigermoth at the launch will be Draw The Line, musicians formerly of Paper Halo and one of the area's up- and-coming acts, Dangerfield. Good news for younger fans is that Tigermoth has announced plans for a second all-ages launch which will take place at The Bandroom @ Newcastle Leagues Club alongside Dirty Pink Jeans, The Velvet Blue, Immune and Dangerfield on June 18.
You can also catch the group live at The Brewery on Thursday, June 16, with Sydney rock band GangAwry.
