Epicure To Walk The Tightrope

IF you have been wondering why Ballarat five-piece Epicure has been pretty quiet of late it's because the band has been locked away in the studio over the past few months laying down tracks to its second album.

Main Street is the follow up to the band's successful The Goodbye Girl album which was released in 2004.

ARIA award-winning producer Chris Thompson joined the guys in his Martin St Studios at Brighton to produce Main Street, which is due out in September.

To warm things up the band will venture out to launch the first single off the album, Tightrope Walker and give fans a taste of what to expect off the forthcoming album.

The Tightrope Walking Tour will appear in Newcastle at the Cambridge Hotel on Saturday, August 27 with special guests Jen Cloher and The Endless Sea. Tickets are on sale now at the hotel.
