WHEN the Presidents of The USA announced plans for an Australian tour earlier this year the response was nothing short of overwhelming.
All of the band's shows sold out weeks in advance, proving that even after years away from the limelight their fanbase is strong. The success of the last tour caused the band to announce plans to return next year for a full- scale run of dates.
It will kick off at Newcastle Panthers on Thursday, March 9.
The Presidents of The USA returned this year with the album Love Everybody, featuring the single Some Postman , which became the sixth most added track to commercial radio.
With hits such as Lump, Kitty, Peaches and Dune Buggy, the Presidents were one of the biggest rock acts to emerge from the '90s.
Tickets to the Love Everybody Tour went on sale today and are available at the club.
