SPELLBOUND MUSIC will present the 3RD ANNUAL BLUES FESTIVAL NEWCASTLE at the MAYFIELD HOTEL from February 6 to 8.
The event will feature a huge array of blues, rockabilly and western swing bands and soloists across two stages, with a line-up that proves the event is growing bigger each year.
It will feature performances from local, national and international artists including headline star ALICE STUART.
The US-born singer- songwriter's career spans four decades.
She has toured with VAN MORRISON and recorded with JERRY GARCIA, BREAD and ALBERT KING .
She also formed THE MOTHERS OF INVENTION alongside '70s rock legend FRANK ZAPPA .
Also performing will be THE BREWSTER BROTHERS, DARREN JACK BAND, COLLARDS, and GREENS & GRAVY .
Organiser DEAN DEE said he had been forced to extend the event across three days due to the large number of people who went along to last year's event.
