GOOD news has arrived for MEAT LOAF fans.
After collapsing on stage at WEMBLEY ARENA late last year, the Bat Out of Hell star has continued his world tour and will arrive Down Under next month.
Kicking off at Melbourne's ROD LAVER ARENA , the larger-than-l e singer will bring MEAT LOAF: THE LAST WORLD TOUR to NEWCASTLE ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE on March 2.
The tour coincides with the release of Meat Loaf's latest album Couldn't Have Said It Better, released on September 22.
The release adds to the singer- songwriter's growing catalogue, which has established him as one of the world's highest selling artists.
In his career Meat Loaf has sold more than 60 thmillion albums worldwide, including 30 thmillion sales for his phenomenal Bat Out Of Hell.
Couldn't Have Said it Better is Meat Loaf's eight studio album in 25 years, adding to releases such as Welcome to the Neighborhood and Bat Out of Hell 2: Back into Hell .
Renowned for singing epic, operatic tales of love with his booming voice, Meat Loaf will perform with his nine-piece band.
The tour kicked off in June 2003 and saw Meat Loaf deliver new songs as well as the classics such as the duet I'd Do Anything For Love with PATTI RUSSO .
In Sydney and Melbourne Meat Loaf will be accompanied by the MELBOURNE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.
He will be supported by Australian rockers THE CHOIRBOYS in Newcastle.
