CHRISTMAS is just around the corner and as a treat for fans of original music, some of Newcastle's finest have teamed to present a special show celebrating the arrival of the festive season.
ROCK OUT will return to the CAMBRIDGE HOTEL on Friday night and feature performances by THE KARL KENNEDY AFFAIR, THE LOOKS, LOUT, DOGBOY LOVER and SOLVER. The inaugural Rock Out was held during NEWCASTLE MUSIC WEEK with the aim of getting people to support live music.
Rock Out organiser LUKE GARFIELD said he hoped the show would encourage people to continue to support Newcastle's original music scene.
Rock Out will also feature a guest MC and prizes will be up for grabs throughout the night.
``The whole idea is entertainment and the bands are the main focus but we like to throw in some of the other stuff to make it more than another gig,'' Entry will cost $6 at the door.
