FOR more than two decades SESAME STREET LIVE has been bringing the popular television program to life.
In fact, Sesame Street Live has played to more than 46 thmillion children and their parents around the world.
aifSesame Street Live aif will make its return to Australia this month for a nine-week tour, kicking off at Perth's CHALLENGE STADIUM on August 29.
The latest show is a production titled Let's Be Friends and is a high-energy musical production featuring all of Sesame Street's most loveable characters.
BIG BIRD, BERT, ERNIE, COOKIE MONSTER, GROVER, THE COUNT, ROSITA, TELLY, GRUNDGETTA THE GROUCH, PRAIRIE DAWN, ROXY MARIE and TELLY MONSTER will perform all the much-loved songs.
The production follows ELMO and ZOE who start an exclusive friendship club that only allows monsters with orange or red fur but discover the more Muppets, the merrier.
The membership doors of the club are soon thrown open to everyone and together the gang builds a giant clubhouse, cleans up Cookie's room and organises a circus.
Sesame Street Live Let's Be Friends will appear at NEWCASTLE ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE from October 6-7.
