THE end of the working week has long provided an adequate excuse for punters to let their hair down and go wild.
Fanny's has decided to make Friday night's a little more exciting with the introduction of a new night of entertainment and fun.
Ignition will fire up Friday night's when it officially kicks off this weekend.
The new event will be held every week and feature music from two of Newcastle's favourite acts, P76 and Igniter. Both acts serve up a hot variety of popular tunes covering artists such as Foo Fighters, The Prodigy and Blink 182. As well as providing a funky atmosphere, punters will also have the chance to win great prizes each week and take advantage of drink promotions.
Five Ignition packs will be given away each week and punters can go into the draw to win a double season pass to the Newcastle Knights.
Other promotions include Heart Starter drink promotions each week and Bar Rushes, where drinks will be available for half price three times during the night.
Entry to Ignition is $6 and tickets are available at the door.
