Kevin Primed for Some Big Belly Laughs at Belmont

Who: Kevin Bloody Wilson
Where: Belmont 16ft Sailing Club
Author: Jade Lazerevic
When: Saturday October 6, 2001

HE'S lewd, rude and crude and he's heading our way.

Australian comic Kevin Bloody Wilson will deliver a few laughs at Belmont 16ft Sailing Club on October 6.

The Aussie yobbo has shocked many over the past few years, but his bawdy brand of Australian realism has won him fans across the country and around the world.

His career started out in his hometown of Kalgoorlie where he performed a number of self-penned songs for his mates at bars, pool halls and pubs.

Several years later, Kevin has gone on to bigger and better things and performed in Las Vegas and at the London Palladium.

Kevin is also said to have a huge following in Canada where he completed a series of shows in July.

But due to Kev's racy brand of humour, he was banned from performing in two of the country's comedy festivals.

Aptly described as a barstool philosopher, Kevin has just seen the release of his latest album The Second Kummin of Kev. Another album that can be added to the Kev collection is a new karaoke CD titled Karaoke Kev which features all of Kev's favourite ditties so you can sing along.

Tickets to the show are available from the club for $27.50 and the show begins at 8.30pm.

Kevin Bloody Wilson will also appear at Doyalson RSL on October 5 and tickets are available from the club.

TE has two double passes to giveaway to the show.
