Evergreen Radiators head to Hunter

Who: The Radiators
Where: Wangi District Workers Club
Author: Jade Lazerevic
When: Friday September 14, 2001

STILL pumping and rocking hard, The Radiators will perform at Wangi Workers Club on Friday night and Kurri Kurri Workers Club on September 18.

The Radiators have been churning out the hits for the past 21 years and they continue to do so with as much energy and passion as they did during their first gig.

Fans of the band should check out the freshly updated web site which features gig reviews from fans and a question and answer section about the group.

Further upgrades still to come include a merchandise section where Radiators memorabilia can be ordered.

The Radiators past hit Gimme Head has been given the special treatment by Australian comedian Chris Franklin who had a hit with the track Bloke last year.

Chris' new track Mullet Head was recently released and is a take on the Radiators popular hit.

Chris got together with the group in the studio to piece together the comical tune and they plan to tour together in the near future.

There has also been international interest expressed about the group with talks of The Radiators visiting Europe to promote their latest album Smoke and Mirrors. Visit www.theradiators.com for more information on the group.
