THE time has come for Vitalbeats to say goodbye to the Cambridge Hotel in what is being dubbed as 'The Last Stand'.
The show will bring together some of the many local acts that got the crowd moving at Vitalbeats since it began in March last year.
On Saturday organisers Electrofunk and Patsan will share the decks with Mathmatics, Chris Calm and Richy Valenz. A new location is to be announced, but Vitalbeats regulars will be happy to know the change will see the evening continue much later into the morning.
Since Vitalbeats first began it has seen some of Australia's most prominent dance acts perform at the show.
BeXta, Mark Dyanmix, Kid Kenobi, Kate Munroe, Kriss Kross and Amber Savage are just some of the DJs who have performed at the show, which attracts a 600-strong crowd each month.
Vitalbeats has also attracted live electronic acts including Nu-Breed, On Inc, Infusion and Pound System. Organisers George Patsan and Jamie Shoemark said they would continue to stay true to their roots and support local talent by giving them the chance to perform to a crowd dedicated to dance music.
Vitalbeats will continue from 10.30pm and tickets are available pre sale from PDMS and Abicus for $15 or $20 on the door.
Updates will be posted on www.pdms.com.au
