Grab a Healthy Dose of Segression

WITH national supports for OZZY OSBOURNE, FEAR FACTORY, SOULFY, MACHINE HEAD and STRAPPING YOUNG LAD to their credit, it's little wonder Australia's SEGRESSION is leading the Oz metal charge.

Segression will make their second assault on the Hunter in a month, on Wednesday, June 7, and the following night, Thursday, June 8, at The Clubhouse Hotel.

The Wollongong-based group has a new album SMILE out through ROADRUNNER RECORDS, and has had bands such as THE PRODIGY wearing its T-shirts in the pages of UK Metal magazine KERRANG. Segression describes its experimental heavy grooves as the cutting edge of a new alternative, heavy sound without use of samples, keyboards or scratching.
