RUN baby run because the water's getting deeper and it's time to tune into DEADSTAR The pop group will perform at SJ's Hotel Hamilton on Thursday, March 30, supported by local band HEPPY'S REVENGE The Australian rock sensations will perform hits from their newest album SOMEWHERE OVER THE RADIO This album follows from the release of MILK in 1997 and the band's debut self-titled album in 1996.

DEADSTAR guitarist Barry Palmer said SOMEWHERE OVER THE RADIO was an album about travelling on the road.

'We spend a lot of time on the road, and we end up observing a lot in the car through the radio, so the album's about a journey through life through radio.'

Hits like Run Baby Run and the smash Deeper Water are popular on commercial stations, while the soon to be released Over the Radio has already received high rotation on Triple J.

Palmer said the album was something the band worked hard on, and was not as rough and ready as MILK
