FORMER GLIDE drummer JEREMY SMITH is now singing lead vocals and playing guitar in a new band WOMEN OF TROY. Playing tomorrow night at Fanny's with CHIN CHEN and MONTANA, the group is an energetic, tight, versatile melodic pop band, with a debut EP HELLO due out in May.

The group has received big wraps from Sydney street Press, and THE WHITLAMS' frontman TIM FREEDMAN who describes the trio as 'consistently superb, combining powerful vocal harmonies with top class musicianship'.

Other members of Women of Troy are bass player and backing vocalist PAUL O'REILLY and drummer DAMIEN KENT.
