CESSNOCK clerical worker LINDA HUGO says the friend who entered her in Friday night's FIND YOUR MATCH game show at the Mayfield Ex-Services Club will owe her a big favour.
'She just put my name down and said it's too late, you're in it",' Ms Hugo said.
On Friday night Ms Hugo, 19, will be required to ask and answer questions from a field of potential male candidates, similar to the format of the television game show PERFECT MATCH. The lucky FIND YOUR MATCH winner will win a night's accommodation at Noah's On The Beach, including a limousine ride there, and 'late check out'.
Both Ms Hugo and the lucky winner will receive separate rooms, of course, and it will be left up to Cupid as to whether any sparks will fly on the date or not.
Linda says she is 'very nervous' about seeing her date when the screen rolls back, but says she may have a few friends in the audience giving her clues.
'I don't know if I'll trust some of them though,' she said.
Also on Friday night will be a separate competition for couples called DON'T FORGET YOUR PYJAMAS. Six couples will have their names drawn from a barrel.
The couple that answers the most questions about their partner correctly will also win a night at Noahs, this time in the same room!
Both competitions will be held between 9.30pm and 11.30pm on Friday nights. Singles and couples must place their entry forms in the barrel by 9.30pm on the night to enter.
