Star's Melting Pot

ENDORPHIN, performing Saturday night at the Northern Star Hotel, released a debut album EMBRACE last year on SONY MUSIC after being discovered through the TRIPLE J UNEARTHED song competition.

ENDORPHIN's French-born, Moroccan-bred alter ego ERIC CHAPUS draws from a melting pot of influences for his sound scapes.

Chapus's personal appreciation of the trip-hop feel of MASSIVE ATTACK is apparent on the album through to the funky dynamic pieces UNDERWATER JUNGLE and RELAPSE. Last year ENDORPHIN secured Australian opening slots for PORTISHEAD and MASSIVE ATTACK. Chapus has been commissioned to score a new series of extreme sports television programs to be produced by BEYOND PRODUCTIONS. TE
