SINGER guitarist NICOLE BROPHY is a mover and shaker who has made the most of all the opportunities the Australian entertainment industry has to offer budding young performers.

For two years running she was a featured soloist at the COCA COLA SCHOOLS SPECTACULAR held at the Sydney Entertainment Centre in 1997 and 1998.

In 1997 she contributed a track to the ABC compilation album THE OPEN ROAD which resulted in a nomination for Best New Talent at the Victorian Country Music Awards.

As a graduate from the first AUSTRALIAN COLLEGE OF COUNTRY MUSIC held in Tamworth she was featured on a promotional CD recorded at the course.

She also completed the 1998 BONDI WAVE contemporary music course which involved workshops in songwriting, arranging and individual instrument tuition, which culminated in concerts.
