CANADIAN punk pop band CHIXDIGGIT will headline the International contingent at Saturday's DOGBITE FESTIVAL at Maitland before heading to the Duck's Nuts Hotel for a gig on Sunday afternoon.
Humour is a key element of the band's three-chord power pop strategy, with song titles such as HENRY ROLLINS IS NO FUN, TOILET SEAT'S COMING DOWN and DOLPHINS LOVE KIDS. The group released its debut CD on SUB POP in 1996 after extensive touring with PRESIDENTS OF THE USA, SOCIAL DISTORTION and the BAY CITY ROLLERS.
