THAT'S ENTERTAINMENT is running an art competition that gives five families from Newcastle or Lake Macquarie the chance to win a family pass to see THE WIGGLES. The entertainers will perform two shows at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre on Friday, December 4, at 10am and 12.30pm.
Artworks should depict any or all of the show's four presenters and/or any or all of its characters.
Entries may be made on a younger child's behalf by his or her siblings aged five to nine.
Artworks should be on paper and no larger than A3.
Family passes will be awarded to the best entry by a child aged five, six, seven, eight and nine years.
The entries of 20 runners up will be displayed in the foyer of Newcastle Newspapers.
Entries must be in an envelope, with a contact name, entrant's name and age, address and telephone number on the back, and received by Friday, November 27.
Entries must be addressed to THE WIGGLES COMPETITION, PO Box 615, Newcastle, 2300, or hand delivered during office hours to The Post Barrel at the foyer of Newcastle Newspapers, 28 Bolton St, Newcastle.
The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will not be returned.
The winning entrants will be photographed with their entry for publication in coming weeks. TE
