Harmony And Gravity For A Home Crowd

Who: Bella, Snape Bros, Kep
Where: Western Suburbs Leagues Club
When: Wednesday May 25, 2005

THE three-part harmonies of Bella have attracted plenty of attention lately.

Comprising the talent of Lyn Bowtell, Kate Ballantyne and Karen O'Shea, Bella was named best group for the second consecutive year at the CMAA Awards in January.

After a 12-month stint away from Newcastle stages, Bella will get back to its roots and showcase its debut album Gravity before a home crowd.

Bella will perform songs from the album at West Leagues Club on Wednesday, May 25.

Since signing a major record deal with heavyweights Sony/ BMG, Bella has filmed two music videos, released two chart- topping singles and appeared before a national audience on Mornings with Kerrie- Anne, GMA with Bert Newton and during last year's screening of Carols in The Domain. Bella has also had the chance to perform alongside some of the biggest names in the business including Marcia Hines, Anthony Callea, Guy Sebastian, Cosima Devito, Gina Jeffreys and Jimmy Barnes. Bella will be joined by Byron Bay-based singer/ songwriter Kep and long-standing trio the Snape Bros at next week's show.

It starts at 8pm.

Tickets are $15 for members and $20 for guests.
