INTEREST in the second annual Peats Ridge Festival has doubled with ticket sales well up on last year's inaugural event.
Organisers are now expecting the event to be sold out.
The Peats Ridge Festival was established last year as the country's first major event run entirely on renewable energy.
Promoting sustainability has been a key focus for the festival, as has bringing the best in live music, art and culture together during the three days.
The festival will be held at Glenworth Valley from this Friday to Sunday.
With 17 separate areas including more than 150 musical acts on six stages, Peats Ridge Festival offers a wide variety of entertainment over the weekend.
Acts set to perform this year include Lior, Afro Moses, That 1 Guy, Waiting For Guinness, Stiff Gins, Hermitude and Rubix Cuba. Punters can soak up the atmosphere and camp on site, taking in opportunities to enjoy rainforest walks, swimming holes, riverside camping, horse riding and many more attractions.
Final release tickets are now available, cost $95 plus a booking fee and are available online at peatsridgefestival.com.au or through moshtix.com.au
