Energy In Unplugged Solo Show

HE may be a relatively new face on the local scene but Troy Kemp has already made a name for himself since relocating to Newcastle in April.

Kemp moved from Sydney, arriving with a truck load of experience, having spent the past decade performing in pubs around the city.

Draped with a big-sounding Gibson Jumbo acoustic guitar, Kemp puts on an energetic and entertaining one-man show.

His repertoire covers artists such as Van Morrison, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Matchbox Twenty, Incubus and Green Day. Kemp will play at The Delany tomorrow night, Entrance Leagues Club on Friday night and the Gunyah Hotel on Saturday night.

Entry to all shows is free.
