FOR an evening with someone who describes himself modestly as the ``world's most fabulous man'', you'll want to head to the King's Theatre Restaurant.
Carlos Hopontopofus is a self- confessed ``Greek Love God'' and he will be the theatre's star entertainer when he opens his latest show on Friday night.
For more than 10 years the man with the sharp wit and the phenomenal comic timing has entertained Newcastle audiences until they have been rolling in the aisles.
But Carlos's talents don't stop at comedy.
He's also got some up-tempo songs, flamboyant costumes and plenty of audience participation to round out the show. But Carlos needs his rest at times, so multi-award- winning songwriter Anthony Lee will be supporting him.
Lee is an accomplished pianist and vocalist and has appeared on television shows such as Hey Hey It's Saturday, The Midday Show, Rage and Clive Robertson's Newsworld.
He has released four original albums and will perform songs off his latest release.
Carlos will appear at the theatre every Friday night from August 5 until October 28 and will perform one Saturday night show on October 8.
For tickets to the show, phone 4956 2066.
