Who: The Radiators
Where: Cardiff Panthers
When: Friday December 17, 2004

AFTER 25 years in the business, THE RADIATORS continue the great Aussie rock tradition.

Renowned for delivering energetic live shows, the band still leaves audiences in a sweat when they play.

Debuting in Sydney in 1978 and performing over 320 gigs in their first year alone, The Radiators had little idea they would still be rocking loud and proud in 2004.

The band has retained the original line-up of BRIAN NICHOL on lead vocals, GEOFF TURNER on bass and vocals, FESS PARKER on guitar and vocals, with drummer MARK LUCAS joining them in 1990.

The Radiators have released more than 12 albums in their career, producing many classic pub anthems which culminated in the release of this year's 25 Year Anniversary Album.

``We are in celebration of 25 years of great music, exciting and sometimes controversial lyrics and more than 3000 electrifying live performances and achieving both platinum and gold album sales,'' Nichol said.

Travelling thousands of kilometres across the country, The Radiators have carved a niche in this history of Australian rock.

The band has shared the stage with many greats of Australia rock over the years including acts such as AC/DC, ROSE TATTOO, MIDNIGHT OIL and INXS. All up, The Radiators have played before two million people across the country and have album sales totalling more than 500,000.

Despite the rigors of touring, the spark and energy of The Radiators has never diminished.

The band continue to do what they do best bu touring extensively and playing to an average of 150 gigs each year.

Catch The Radiators performing at CARDIFF PANTHERS on Friday, December 17.
