JON ENGLISH will perform all his hits during four shows across the Hunter early next month.
English has worked in theatre, television, film and music during a career spanning almost 30 years.
And he shows no signs of slowing down just yet.
English began his career working in small bands in the suburbs of Sydney before he won the lead role in HARRY thM.
MILLER'S first production of Jesus Christ Superstar. That show ran for five years with English becoming a household name.
During that time English recorded four studio albums with hits such as Handbags and Gladrags, Turn the Page and Hollywood Seven. ``Playing music is where it kind of all started and thankfully I can do other stuff, but if I was only an actor I'd be bored s--tless,'' English said.
A string of successful tours followed, with English playing with the likes of BRYAN FERRY.
