COUNTRY music lovers will not want to miss out when the LOVE THAT COUNTRY MUSIC show appears at ADAMSTOWN RSL CLUB next month.
The show is a popular feature on the Australian club scene and stars country music artist WAYNE HORSBURGH .
Horsburgh has been working the Sydney club circuit since he relocated from Victoria in 1979.
His awards and achievements have made him one of the busiest and most respected entertainers in the Australian country music scene.
After captivating Australian audiences, Horsburgh decided to try his luck on the international scene and moved to the US in 1997 to follow his dream of taking his music to a wider audience.
The move has proved to be a success, with Horsburgh establishing a strong following in his base at Branson, Missouri.
He divides his time between Australia and the US, where he regularly performs throughout the Ozark Mountains in Missouri.
It was after his first visit to the US in 1984 that Horsburgh decided to move and he has since appeared at many country music festivals and on television.
Having performed on a number of South Pac ic cruises throughout his career, he has also played aboard Alaskan, Caribbean and Russian cruise ships.
He has shared the stage with the likes of EMMYLOU HARRIS, RICKY VAN SHELTON and FREDDY FENDER and represented Australia at the INTERNATIONAL WORLD FESTIVAL and the AMERICAN MUSIC FESTIVAL.
He has more than 15 albums to his credit including his latest, An Aussie Ozark Christmas with Wayne and is renowned for his yodelling talent.
Horsburgh will present a three-course dinner and show at Adamstown RSL Club on February 27.
Tickets are $27.50 per person and available at the club.
