ON the road to support the release of his latest mix album The Annual 2004 , Sydney DJ MARK DYNAMIX will launch the album in Newcastle this weekend.
Dynamix, who has held residencies at high-profile clubs such as HOME, GAS, YU and SOUNDS ON SUNDAY , produces an annual collection of the biggest dance tracks each year through MINISTRY OF SOUND .
This year, Dynamix cemented his status as one of the country's most popular DJs when he came second in the 2003 TECHNICS TOP 50 DJ POLL .
The new album is a two-disc collection mixed by Dynamix and Melbourne DJ JOHN COURSE .
The Annual 2004 includes BENNY BENASSI 's Satisfaction , PLANET FUNK 's Who Said (Stuck in the UK) and ROUGE TRADERS ' One of My Kind.
Dynamix's The Annual 2003 is Ministry of Sound's highest-selling album.
Dynamix will launch the album at the GATEWAY HOTEL on Saturday night during a three hour set with support from locals FALLON, KAVON and DJ DEXI .
Doors open at 10pm and tickets are $15 on the door before midnight or $20 after.
