Just Toogood to be True

Who: Pacifier (formerly Shihad)

IF there's one band at the moment that has the perfect rock god, it's PACIFIER. JOHN TOOGOOD truly is the classic frontman, giving his all in performance and ripping his shirt off mid concert.

A big crowd came out to see Pacifier perform its first Newcastle show in almost a year and the band didn't disappoint.

A roaring version of their massive single COMFORT ME was the perfect way to kick start the show.

The band served up tight versions of tracks taken from their latest albums GENERAL ELECTRIC and PACIFIER. Toogood tried his best to convince the crowd that wearing underpants over jeans was 'very cool', urging them to buy Pacifier underpants which were available at the merchandise stand.

Demanding an encore, the crowd started up a chant for Shihad, and Toogood returned to the stage solo to perform two acoustic tracks.

Of course, the band didn't leave it at that, returning to play two more in-your-face cuts to keep the crowd happy.
