SINCE its debut in 1999, the Reds, Whites and Blues Festival at Bimbadgen Estate Winery has become an annual attraction at the winery.
This year's festival is promising another selection of quality Australian blues artists in a seven-hour showcase.
The March 31 festival will feature live performances by Chain, The Badloves, Kevin Borich, Ian Moss and Finn. Reds, Whites and Blues kicks off at 11am and concludes with a performance by Tice and Evans in Esca Restaurant. While music is the focus, fine foods and wines are also a major attraction on the festival menu.
Esca Restaurant will prepare modern-style Australian cuisine, such as cransky hot dogs with tomato relish and chicken and Greek salad pita bread.
A wide selection of wines, including cabernet, merlot, shiraz, verdelho, semillon and dessert wine, will be available.
Punters are asked to bring a rug or low chairs for seating.
