Dexter in Demand

SOLO performer Dexter Moore has got the nod of his peers and the business community after an invitation only performance at the Hotel CBD. After the event, organised by his new management team from Tandem Management in conjunction with EAO Entertainment he Dexter was swamped with praise.

His first show in the Hunter was in support of Rick Price where he showed off his percussion, slap bass and rhythm guitar capabilities on the same acoustic guitar.

Dexter's style delves into the roots of blues, soul, funk and pop.

He has released three CDs two full-length albums, Swings and Roundabouts and his latest release Soulo as well as an EP called Zoom. Tonight he will begin a fortnightly residency at The Delany Hotel. This week he also plays at the Shaft Tavern on Friday, Grand Hotel on Saturday and Prince of Wales on Sunday.
