A night of amusement and derision is in store for Belmont on Friday night.
Three of Australia's top comedians will perform at Belmont 16-Footers Sailing Club. The likeable Anh Do, will display his dry wit and charm from the moment he hits the stage.
A Vietnamese-born Australian, on stage he is an unmistakable Aussie, donned in a flannelette shirt, he delivers observations on life with a relaxed and non-threatening style.
He is the only comedian to have ever won every comedy competition in NSW including Sydney Comic of the Year and National Green Faces.
He performed his Much Anh Do About Nothing at the 2000 Melbourne Comedy Festival. He was described by the Sydney Morning Herald as 'hilarious.'
Anh Do has also appeared on Channel Nine's Sydney Comedy Festival Gala, The Footy Show, ABC's O'Loughlin On Saturday Night, Rove Live and various Foxtel Shows.
Off stage he is a law student and is a prolific comedy writer for several projects.
Anh Do was the founder of the Sydney Vietnamese Youth Theatre Company two years ago.
Also performing is internationally recognised humourist Anthony Ackroyd. His writing, comedic and musical talents have produced a legend in the Australian entertainment industry.
Ackroyd has played to ecstatic audiences across the globe, with successful tours of Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK.
His theatrical career includes more than 40 professional productions, with five feature films and numerous film writing credits.
