Get set for Play at New Year's

Two-year-old rock and pop trio PLAY will warm up the New Year's Eve crowd at the Great Northern Hotel on Sunday, from 8pm until 11pm.

Guitarist BOB CORBETT, keyboard player JOSH CALLAWAY and double bass player TABASCO DE VILLE, will also perform tonight at the Hotel Delany.

Play's specialty is three-piece harmonies and a danceable set list that just won't quit.

The group covers artists such as REEF, BEN HARPER, EAGLE EYE CHERRY, GREEN DAY and 'a stack of classics from THE BEATLES to FLEETWOOD MAC'. Soloist DANIEL ARVIDSON will perform at the Great Northern from 6pm. Celtic rock band KILLKENNY will perform from midnight until late.
