B1 and B2 to Visit City

LIFE in Cuddles Avenue will be recreated on stage at Club Nova Cardiff and Club Nova Newcastle this week, as Australia's friendliest fruits B1 and B2 arrive in the city.

BANANAS IN PYJAMAS, with their friends RAT IN A HAT and teddy bears AMY, LULU and MORGAN, will perform two shows at Club Nova Cardiff on Thursday, December 14, and Club Nova Newcastle on Friday, December 15.

The shows will begin on both days at 10am and 1pm.

Written for ABC TELEVISION by CAREY BLYTON, the nephew of ENID BLYTON, the television series based on a song resulted in 220 five-minute episodes and four specials.

Another 80 episodes are in production with a movie slated for release in September 2002, to coincide the the series' 10th anniversary.

The show is recommended for two- to six-year-olds. TE
