Five Decades in One Big Blast

BLAST FROM THE PAST will be performing its eclectic brand of dance songs from the past five decades at the Ace of Clubs on June 11.

Artists such as ELVIS PRESLEY, AUSTRALIAN CRAWL, SPENCER DAVIS GROUP, BLUES BROTHERS and BILLY IDOL are covered during the big night of rock and roll, from 9pm.

The band features SCOTT HARRIS on lead vocals, MARTIN WOODWARD on lead guitar and vocals, ANDREW TWEEDIE on keyboards and vocals, CHRIS JONES on bass guitar and PETER STEF on drums and vocals.

The group recently pumped up the number of songs in its 1980s bracket, learning new material by bands such as AUSTRALIAN CRAWL, BILLY IDOL and HOOTIE & THE BLOWFISH. TE
