THERE seems to be nothing that the irrepressible PUCKO can't do, and with new year's resolutions like his, his place in the firmament seems assured.
New Year's resolution:
In 2000 the all-singing, all-guitar-playing maestro of the turntables has vowed to 'drink more and sleep less, if that's at all possible'.
For New Year's Eve at the Lass O'Gowrie Hotel, Wickham, Pucko will be playing in two bands and running his disco 'from 9pm until 3am or maybe later'.
His funky disco 'number one party band of all time' HEADBIN will be cranking out its classic disco and rock covers, and exuberant originals.
Later on LASSO will perform some country, blues and old time tunes, featuring JO TURNBULL singing in inimitable 'raunchy country style', and an all-star cast of players including JOHN MCIVOR, ANDY 'SHEEPDIP' COSTIGAN and MICKEY BARKER. TE
