DETAILS have emerged about a two-day festival to take place at a 2000-acre private property in the Glenworth Valley near Peats Ridge.
The GLENWORTH VALLEY FESTIVAL, Monday, December 28 to Tuesday, December 29, will headline with United States band MUDHONEY featuring MARK ARM who produced NIRVANA's first albums, the Seattle axe-slinger considered by many to be the granddaddy of Grunge.
Other names mentioned last week by the Sydney-based promoter BRANDON SAUL MANAGEMENT include San Diego's ROCKET FROM THE CRYPT and Australian bands YOU AM I, SCREAMFEEDER, THE SUPERJESUS, GRINSPOON and LIQUID. Accommodation at the remote site will be a BYO-tent affair (charge $15), with access by car only at this stage.
Tickets are $65 for two days and $45 for one day, available Saturday, October 31, through Ticketek.
