Gypsy Musos Light Up

THE long waited debut CD from Newcastle eclectic Gypsy Band Le Minibus will be launched at the Lass O'Gowrie Hotel , on Sunday, November 20 at 2pm. Le Minibus will perform its eclectic mix of traditional European Gypsy, Greek, Klezmer, French and American hillbilly music.

The band combines clarinet, saxophone, fiddle, bouzouki, guitar, banjo, a variety of percussion, double bass, piano accordion, among others, to create a fantastically fun, danceable mix.

The launch party will include a variety of special guests; dancers, singers and local musicians.

The Bistro will be open, children are welcome.
