Home After European Blitz

Who: Sneaky Sound System
Where: The Cambridge Hotel
When: Saturday August 13, 2005

SNEAKY Sound System have just landed back in their home town of Sydney after a blitz of Italy and the UK where they road-tested material from their nearly finished debut album.

After all-night benders in Ibiza and posing around the Amalfi coast, the boys managed to squeeze in some monster gigs.

Performing at the legendary Angels of Love Party in Napoli, the newly-tanned trio whipped 6000 Italians into an absolute frenzy.

Things went down so well that the lads were invited back to do three shows a year.

Next up was London, where the troupe played at The End to a sell-out crowd.

Then they went onto the sold- out 15,000-capacity B-Live Festival.

It was there that the boys played the main stage alongside Paul Oakenfold, Jamiroquai, Layo & Bushwacka, Har Mar Superstar and Cassius. Even The Sun nf newspaper reported that the Sneaky Sound System put in a gem of a performance. Back in town with a new European publishing deal in the bag, the busy crew is putting the finishing touches on their album, which is due for release in November, before heading back to the UK and Ibiza in September.

Their second single Tease Me, which is on the airwaves now, has already hit the shelves along with an EP and video.

The Sneaky Sound System will be playing at the Cambridge Hotel this Saturday.
