Emo Rockers To Release Ep

Who: Falling 'til Friday
Where: Marquis O'Lorne Hotel
When: Saturday April 23, 2005

EMO rockers Falling Til Friday have a big month ahead of them, with a series of live dates scheduled to mark the arrival of their new EP.

The Newcastle four-piece will unleash the five-track EP All Said Now Gone at the end of the month.

Falling Til Friday, which comprises Tim Way (vocals, guitar), Ryan Wilson (bass), Matthew March (guitar, vocals) and David Hutchins (drums), will officially launch the EP at the Marquis O'Lorne Hotel at Lambton on April 23.

In the meantime, the band will warm things up with shows at the Lass O'Gowrie on Sunday followed by a gig at the Lucky Country Hotel on April 22. All Said Now Gone is a collaborative effort, with each members of the group having contributed to the songwriting process.

It was recorded at Astara Recording Studios in Kurri Kurri over two nights in January and co-produced by the band with help from John Teixeira. Releasing the EP adds to what has already been a successful year for the young group.

Teaming emotional lyrics with elements of rock, punk, pop and emo, the band has quickly earned itself a reputation as a solid live act supporting bands such as Something With Numbers, Draw The Line, Angela's Dish and Supermarket Hero.
