Brothers' Vehicle Bound to Get Crowds Moving

Brothers' Vehicle Bound to Get Crowds Moving

Who: P76
Where: Fanny's
Author: Jade Lazerevic
When: Friday June 21, 2002

CALL them what you will but the best way to describe P76 is probably as a brilliant piece of genetic engineering.

The four-piece is one of Newcastle's most popular covers bands and pumps out popular dance and rock tunes week in, week out.

Including brothers Paul and Brett Coxon, the band covers all styles of music guaranteed to get crowds moving.

Paul has performed with bands such as Glad, Faceplant and The Thunder Monkeys while his younger sibling Brett has played in bands such as Run Riot and Little Sister. The pair are joined in P76 by Adam Taylor on guitar and Adam 'Cathy' Freeman on drums.

See P76 in action at Fanny's on Friday night, MJ Finnegans on Sunday, SJ's Hotel on June 28 and The Brewery on June 30.
