Dann Show Creates Outback on Stage

Who: Troy Dann
Where: Hexham Bowling Club
When: Friday January 19, 2001

AUSTRALIA'S 'loveable outback larrikin' TROY DANN will arrive in the Hunter next weekend with a show to delight audiences of all ages.

TROY DANN'S AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK SHOW is 'a country music spectacular' featuring his musician brother SCOTT, his sisters and co-hosts SAMANTHA and SIMONE and his girlfriend, Sydney model ZARA MCKEAN. Dann says the show, which has been in production for 12 months, has been created to 'totally immerse audiences in the true outback experience'.

'The fun-filled family spectacular will feature lots of song, music, dance and good old Aussie bush poetry,' he said.

Dann plans to take the show to some of his 'favourite watering holes', including Hexham Bowling Club on Friday, January 19.

The 30-year-old television personality has lived a very full life 'working as a pastoralist, mechanic, fixed-wing and helicopter pilot, businessman, stud cattle developer and road train driver'.

Apparently Dann can also 'turn his hand to emergency veterinary surgery, feral pig hunting, camel mustering and drilling for water'. TE
